Zoho Launches Zoho Start
Although not directly Zooomr related, we wanted to post this morning on Zoho’s announcement on their new Zoho Start service. Zoho is an innovative online document software suite and this morning they are announcing a new way to access their suite through Zoho Start. Both Kristopher and I use Zoho personally, as well as for our documents for Zooomr. With their new Start service Zoho now integrates Zoho Writer, Sheet and Show and has a great new interface for organizing your documents in folders.
What does Zoho have to do with Zooomr? Well, Zoho has graciously been allowing us to use their data center space for the past few months while we have continued to build Zooomr out. When one of our servers went down a while back we went offline and were seriously worried about getting our system back up. Zoho stepped in and saved the day and so the fact that we can all use Zooomr today is directly due to their generosity and community support. Zoho continues to support and help Zooomr while we develop our own longer-term strategy and for this we are tremendously grateful.
What can the Zooomr Community do to support Zoho? Well, if you use online documents at all check them out. I think you will like what you find and see for your online document use. They also have lots of other cool online apps including chat apps, wikis, polling software for your blog and lots of other interesting free online apps.
