Well thanks much to all of you who voted for Zooomr in CNET’s Webware Awards. We won an award!
From CNET: “The “Webware 100” Awards recognizes the best Web 2.0 sites, services, and applications that are leading the next wave of innovation. After receiving more than 5,000 nominations for inclusion in the Webware 100, our editors selected the 250 finalists. But the Web’s users made the final cut, voting nearly half a million times to select the 100 top products (10 each in 10 categories) from our list of 250 finalists. ”
I think this officially makes our third award. We took first place in Sun Microsystems Start Up Camp competition last year and Kristopher also won an award for his work at Yahoo’s Hack Day. Thank you to all of you for continuing to make Zooomr a great place. The award doesn’t belong to Zooomr as much as it belongs to all of us and a recognition of all the hard work that all of us together have put into building the Zooomr community.
You can see a complete list of all of the winners here.

Hey congrats guys. Keep the good times rolling.
Super super awesome.
Congrats Kris & Tom! You deserve it!
Maybe if you fixed the MANY features not working…
I still can’t edit titles of images with numbers and you won the award. Nice.
Can you please fix the remaining bugs before adding new features? That would be much appreciated.

You certainly show a lot of creativity in this site; I like it a lot and the award is well deserved.
I am the product manager for Microsoft Silverlight (also an award winner) (http://www.silverlight.net) and wanted to suggest that you will consider using that to make you (script heavy) site work and look even better.
