I’m sorry to leave the question here but I couldn’t find anywhere to report a problem or raise a question.
The problem I have is that I can’t build a smartset. I clicked on “add” but nothing happened. Am I missing something?
The other question I have is how to buy a professional account and what’s the difference between basic and professional account. I couldn’t find the answer anywhere either. I clicked on “professional account” and it just took me back to the homepage.
Thank you.

Natsuo, sometimes you have to wait up to about 5 minutes for your SmartSet to take effect. This is a bug that we are fixing in our next release. Give it a few minutes and see if it doesn’t populate.
Also, in order to filter a smartset by your photos only you will need to have changed the url under the account settings section and use the new ID for yourself as there is a bug with Zooomr using the @ sign that is used in your auto generated name at present.
Professional accounts are not available for purchase yet but will be shortly.
Thanks much for supporting Zooomr.

Tom, thank you for answering my question. I changed the url and waited for a while but I still couldn’t build a new set. When I cliked on add, my web browser showed “error on page”. I’m using IE. Is that the problem?
BTW, is there a place I can report problems?

Right now the blog is it. But we’ll have a forum to discuss problems in the Mark III version of Zooomr.
