Hey Friends! I’m really excited to be launching two new Zooomr Properties today — Zooomr Blog China (中文博客) and Zooomr Blog Taiwan (台湾博客)! These new blogs will be driven by our users in the region and have our blessing to talk about what’s important to our users and communities who reside in Asia and the Pacific Rim.
In October of last year, we launched Zooomr Taiwan and re-launched Zooomr China in Traditional and Simplified Chinese, respectively. The response was HUGE — and even this is an understatement of how successful we’ve been in Asia as a whole.
So, I’m happy to say that both Gem and Kingler have stepped up to the mark and will be the starting force behind these new blogs. I also want to send a special thank-you to 72Pines (七十二松) for their kind contribution in hosting these blogs regionally.
I would also like to start hosting blogs for our users in Japan, Korea, Germany and the Netherlands, among many more blogs!
We hear you guys and want to keep everyone in the loop. I especially feel bad for not being able to speak all of your wonderful languages — I only humbly speak English and Japanese for now, so please help me in extending the spirit of Zooomr out to your respective communities.
With continued love and respect,
PS: Zooomr TagMap now has maps in Taiwan!!! (China soon!)

Right on…. myself, I speak only one language (for NOW) but this is great to see the ever-expanding support for Zooomrites throughout the world!!
Great!
Can’t wait for a Dutch blog
It’s really exciting to hear that big news!
That seems you Kris are really serious about us, asian users, or friends:)
I still remember you replied my Zmail about the visit speed in China, after several days, you response with even further step:)
Great job, and ambitious mind!
If you need any help for translation, please don’t hesitate to tell:)
Chian and Taiwan! You make a big mistake.Taiwan is part of China,so you shuod say China mainland and Taiwan.
For the very few of you who might be interested - Estonia, too, has maps now! I’m happy :).
Latvia as well, if I’m not mistaken - should this be the great rise of baltic maps?
Whatever: Missed reading such news. Feels great to see zooomr going somewhere again. So, if there’s any need for a hint or two in German, just let me know.
