But you must have seen that 5 of us posted about the outage when it was going on and you chose not to say anything about it. Commenting on the blog is the only public forum we have for finding out about probelms. How about a status log, help forum, bug tracker, even just a phpbb instance? Please take care of some of the basics before going ahead with "Mark III" or you are going to lose some of us who are trying to support you. Hey, if you can’t take it, go ahead and delete.
