Hey, Helder.

zfeedback@bbridgetech.com is where you can ask about pretty much everything. You can change your url under your account. And second on the feature requests, those really are problems.

This isn't exactly about the post topic, but as I didn't find any other place to send this to, I have a bit of criticism to make on these first days I'm using the service:

1. There is no obvious place to send feedback to (i love that omnipresent wordpress thing on the dashboard that lets you send feedback easily and non-obtrusively - you don't even have to leave the page you're on);

2. There's no obvious place to get help. I only found the FAQ after going to "About Zooomr" as a last try, since the name doesn't really imply help, and then finding the FAQ link a bit hidden in the middle of the text. The FAQ is a bit poor too. A forums system would be nice, perhaps;

3. The obvious place for feedback doesn't exist at the end of the FAQ either, where it's more likely that you'll want to post a question that was not answered by it;

4. I couldn't find a way to batch-edit photos, like removing the filename default title or tagging them all at once;

5. Couldn't find a way to make it auto-rotate my pictures according to exif data (my recently acquired panasonic lumix dmc-fx07 saves that kind of info and the whole idea was for it to spare me the hassle of rotating the pictures myself);

6. Couldn't find a slideshow mode;

7. The FAQ has outdated info about the upload quotas (free accounts jumped to 100mb and it still says 50mb);

8. The Portuguese translation is missing in various parts. I could even help with that for the pt-BR part. In fact, I think a wiki-style translation effort would be much welcome. It seems to have worked quite well for meebo. Perhaps with write-access restricted to account holders;

9. When your login info is saved, it would be nicer to go straight to the WelcomeMat instead of seeing that first page;

10. I would *really* appreciate a nicer URL for my photos page. Like something short, with my username on it;

11. I have a few pictures that fit all the criteria for my still-only SmartSet and they mysteriously don't show up in it.

Ok, something positive now. That thing with Pro accounts for bloggers: NICE!! If anything I said is useful, it would've never happened if I hadn't found out about that. I had seen the service before but never cared to try it out until now.

All-in-all, I think it's a nice service and I hope it gets better and better all the time :-)

Cheers,
