I found an FAQ buried on teh "about" page. My portal and comments don't work in IE6. Trying to figure out why. Where do I go? Also, why not start a help forum or wiki? One of the comments on the about page talks about building a community. I recommend putting the FAQ/Help link on the bottom of the page so it's easily found. I'd also add a community or wiki to the help section. Love the geotagging and portals, but find it frustrating to get more specific help information to learn about the site.
