It seems that Nacho is all right. When you go to someone's profile page (someone which is not your friend or your family), you can see his last 5 uploaded pictures even if they are private or shared with friends or family :-( Moreover you can see on the /insidephotos page all the photo in which that person is, even if they are private or shared with friend or family :-(( And the other problem is that...
