Portals are Almost Here!
Hey Everyone, we’ve been delayed a little bit because the new notes & portals system requires an update to our privacy system.
Anyways, here’s some more screenshots of Portals before we launch soon.
Thanks!

Is there any chance of them being released in the next half hour?

If everything is working on my side, yes.

Me and my old friends happen to wanna use our real old school photos (like hundreds of people in there) and let everybody tag their details on top of heads.
Kinda like seeing tooltips within picture (you already have that), but wiki-style where anybody can come in and “claim their head” without having to register.
Can that already be done here?

Any estimate when someone will release an upload tool? I love zooomr much more than Flickr, but I have quite a few images I would like to upload, and trying to keep track of which ones I have and haven’t only doing 10 at a time is rather difficult. Thanks for the great service so far and I can’t wait to mess with portals.

Adam,
From what I understand juploadr is to be the uploader of choice for zooomr. The newest version is in beta testing now.

Sorry Kris, but you are the worst at announcing things… always delays! =P
Good work though.

About the privacy… How can i change the privacy of a photo after upload?
By the way I can’t understand the “privacy” thing because everyone can see the “private photos”… on a small version but whatever, they can.
Everything in the site works great except for privacy settings.
