Off topic I know, but is there anywhere where I might get a little help with logging in? I authenticate via openid, however my photos keep “jumping” from one login to another.
For example: Yesterday I used a myopenid auth to log in and view my photos, however if I use that today, no photos are shown. Instead I must use my livejournal to auth to see them.
Any suggestions as to whats going on would be great. I can’t seam to find any contact details/help pages anywhere else.
Nice site otherwise.
Matt.

Martin, I thought the same thing actually. Interestingly enough I’ve been on a quest to find the actual location of the Windows XP screen shot for the past few months. An artist emailed me asking if I could find the location and replicate the shot. After doing a bit of research I learned that the original shot is in Sonoma somewhere and even took a drive around where I thought it might be but no luck yet. Would love to find out the exact location of the Windows XP shot. Somehow I’m figuring though that that’s a secret that they don’t want out.

Thomas, here is a site with a bit of information about the real location of that famous wallpaper: http://www.lacoctelera.com/jomis/post/2006/04/06/bliss-colina-del-windows-xp
It’s in Spanish, but I think it’ll be useful anyway.

Tom,
You mentioned that Smartset functionality was increasing to allow smartsets of more than 100 pictures. This is excellent news. When is this functionality likely to be available?
There are a couple of other bugs I’ve found, where is the best place for me to report these?
THank you,
Gareth

I really appreciated the free upgrade to Pro account on Zooomr.
To thank you people, I’ve made a shared custom button for Windows Live Toolbar for Zooomr.

I would appreciate, if you can provide me a 16X16 image of Zooomr logo for the button.
Email me the same.

Kris, Tom,
Are you aware of the page formatting / layout issues in IE 6. When viewing my photos homepage in IE6 the smart sets list is pushed right to the bottom of the page.
Cheers,
Gareth

@ Martin. I was thinking the same thing.
I think we should have an “Add to My Photos” feature for awesome photos like that.

I know I keep posting about this, but I’m having very similar issues as Matt, above. I’m bringing it up because I still haven’t heard anything. I got an email from Kris months back, replied with the whole story, and haven’t been able to get any kind of update on the situation. Thing is, my pro status got swapped around, too. My difference is my old account is a google account that won’t merge with my openid account. /merge just throws me into a loop.
Sorry to post about this again.

@Spinfist, Matt.
Zooomr’s support is almost non-existant. At least in my experience. Trouble With Zooomr. I’m still waiting to see if I can get them to fix the huge account mess that happened due to my mistake and the not-so-good-as-of-yet merging system.

What strikes me as wierd is all the people who had no problem merging their accounts. But some of themm, like mine, are just totally jacked, and the /merge just serves me a fun little loop.
I guess all I really want at this point is some update, some estimate or some acknowledgement that there is in fact a problem with the merge and account system, and not that it’s just my account or something I’m doing.
Even if there was some semblance of an actual help system or knowledgebase. Hell, I’d volunteer to help generate content for such a knowledgebase in my free time.
