Deborah Lattimore is one of the most talented photographers I know. She’s been a good friend and someone who I really respect and have gotten to know here in the San Francisco photo community and I’m really excited to see her posting her work to Zooomr. Thanks for checking us out Deborah and I look forward to your feedback and feeback from all Zooomr users about how we can continue to make the site better. There are lots of super exciting things coming next month when we launch version 2.0. If you are frustrated by certain things today, know that we are working on them and hopefully will have something even better for you shortly. Feel free to leave any comments if there are features or requests that you’d specifically like to see on Zooomr.

Looking forward to seeing and meeting those of you tonight who can make it for our first official Zooomr meet up at Taylor’s. Here’s the Upcoming.org link with more details.

I agree, her work is on par with Galen Rowell. Genius!

As an avid digiKam user (KDE image management tool), and a bit of a coder, I’m interested in scratching the itch of digiKam->zooomr exports. Someone has done the majority of the hard work with the flickr export tool (I hope!), but I can’t find any documentation on the Zooomr API - will that be forthcoming in 2.0?

The movements simulate unshackled weights and contraption training; the powers rods, which are kenmore washer front load drum not spinning springy rubber-like rods, simulate free-weights when hooked onto the cables and pulleys.
